Chef Michael says the tomato sauce is very quick, which is right up my alley and I’m sure many of yours as well. Chef Michael Symon’s Fresh ricotta cavatelli ingredients
- All purpose flour
- Fresh ricotta cheese
- Eggs
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes
- Garlic
- Basil leaves
- Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Stand mixer (dough attachment) (I bought the Vitamix dry container, so I may just have to attempt to make the pasta dough with it!)
