I’ve always wanted to learn how to make decadent and delicious cupcakes. I see so many cute cupcakes on Pinterest, Instagram and in bakeries, but I’ve never had much luck. Thankfully, the queen of baking (and one of my favorite interviewees!), chef Carla Hall shared the secret to baking filled cupcakes three ways on “The Chew” today.
