It’s always a great day when Food Network “The Kitchen” host Katie Lee stops by the Today show as she always makes the most amazing food. This morning she joined Matt Lauer in the Today kitchen to show all of us at home to make delicious Super Bowl sloppy joes with guacamole just in time for Super Bowl LI which is just a few days away.
To make the Super Bowl sloppy joes with guacamole, Katie Lee mentioned that you will need ground beef, garlic, onion, green bell pepper, chili powder, salt and pepper, tomato sauce, asparagus, avocado, serrano pepper, lime, cilantro, tomato, baked chips, water, ketchup, dark brown sugar, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, buns. Be sure to watch the video below to see how she made them! Don’t forget to head over to the Today show website for the fabulous recipe so you can make them for your family and friends on game day! PS: Matt Lauer said this was one of the best sloppy joes he has ever had, so you know it has to be good.
