Images + Video: Nickelodeon’s “iCarly” Says Goodbye in Tonight’s Series Finale

Over the last five years Nickelodeon’s “iCarly” has risen to become one of the biggest phenomenon’s the network has ever seen. The show which premiered in September of 2007, and is set in Seattle, Washington stars Carly (of the “iCarly” webcast), her best friend Sam, their friends Freddie, and Gibbie, Carly’s brother and guardian Spencer, who cares for the girl while their father serves in the Air Force. Not only is it a hit with kids of all ages (and parents too) in the United States, but it’s shown in various countries throughout the world; is available in video games for the Wii and Nintendo DS, and they even coined various phrases such as ‘spaghetti tacos’, which I dare you to search for online, there are recipes galore thanks to this influential cast.

After five extremely successful seasons on Nickelodeon the cast is saying their final goodbye in tonight’s one hour long series finale on Nickelodeon 8 ET/PT. We have video interviews with the cast, images and sneak peeks for West coast viewers. Enjoy! (Spoiler alert below in between astericks, directly above images. Please bypass this if you’d prefer not to see.)

PS According to Nickelodeon, here’s what you can expect on tonight’s series finale of “iCarly”:

“In ‘iGoodbye,’ Spencer (Jerry Trainor) offers to take Carly (Miranda Cosgrove) to the Air Force father-daughter dance when their dad isn’t able to accompany her because of his overseas deployment. When Spencer gets sick and can’t take her, Freddie (Nathan Kress) and Gibby (Noah Munck) try to cheer Carly up by offering to go with her.

Colonel Shay surprises everyone when he arrives just in time to take Carly to the dance. When they return from their wonderful evening together, Carly is disappointed to learn her dad must return to Italy that evening and she is faced with a very difficult decision.”
