I LOVE Nordic Ware pans, and have quite a few! I have bundt cake pans, loaf cake pans and that is just the beginning! As a novice baker, I love that they come in various styles for every holiday and event, and they really wow my guests! They are so easy to use and while they look intimidating, they definitely are not. This Nordic Ware Platinum Pine Forest Bundt Pan is the first Nordic Ware pan I purchased years ago. I will admit I was very intimidated to try it, and I kid you not the first cake I made was perfect! I used a red velvet cake mix and it is still one of my favorite cakes ever.

I use it time and time again to make casseroles, lasagna, pasta dishes and my annual Thanksgiving stuffing. It is well made, heavy duty and is easy to transport if you’re in charge of making specific dishes for the holidays or a family dinner. It comes in quite a few colors, which will match your kitchen and dining decor perfectly! I love neutrals and am very happy with the shade I purchased as it blends in well with all of my tablescapes throughout the year.
Christmas Inspired Charcuterie Board
I am constantly inspired by the beautiful charcuterie boards on social media! I stumbled on the viral Boursin cheese Christmas tree, and knew I wanted to try it out! Once you shape the tree in cling wrap you’re supposed to roll it in parsley. I didn’t have fresh parsley, only dried parsley and that did the trick! I put a few pomegranate seeds around the tree, and I’m really happy with how it turned out!
I placed olives in a ramekin, cut red bell peppers in strips, made a salami rose, chopped a few cucumbers, added a slice of brie cheese and a few club crackers (and of course dill pickles!) on my board! I’m honestly thinking that I may have to create a snack board with my favorite veggies every afternoon because it was easy to make and I ate all my veggies! Talk about a win-win!
