The Shopbop Event Of The Season Sale for fall 2018 doesn’t officially kick off until tomorrow, but if you’re an email subscriber, you can shop today! This sale is beyond amazing. I spent a few hours this morning narrowing down my list because I want everything! Last year I purchased my first three pairs of Stuart Weitzman boots during the Shopbop Sale, and I’m not ashamed to admit, I added another pair to the collection today as well. 

This sale is so fantastic, it can’t be beaten. For starters, if you spend $500 or less on full-price and sale items from non-excluded brands, you’ll save 20%. If there’s one item in my closet I wear more than most, it’s definitely my AG jeans. I live in them! They are so comfy, lightweight, wear well, and look great on. I own quite a few different pairs, and their legging ankle jeans are my favorite.

My Favorite Joggers Ever!

It’s no secret, joggers are incredibly popular! Earlier this year I shared a post on the best joggers for 2018, which is a favorite. I bought my first pair in February during Shopbop’s first sale of the year and fell head over heels in love with this pair. I wear them all the time with my Miller sandals or my Golden Goose sneakers! These pants are so soft and comfy, I highly recommend them. I’m not ashamed to admit that I’ve occasionally worn them as pajamas when I’ve been too lazy to change! Yes, they are that comfortable! I bought my first Rails LA plaid shirt a few years ago and have been hooked ever since. I will admit, this is the first time since 2015 that I haven’t bought a new Rails shirt! The reason is I have a few in a variety of colors, and they’re so well made I didn’t feel I needed to splurge again. They’ll look great with skinny jeans, shorts, and skirts too! I was tempted to buy one of their pajama sets, but then I figured if their shirts are this comfy, their PJs must be even more comfortable and I probably will never want to get dressed again! 😉

Over the last few years, I have purchased nearly every jacket and coat I own at the Shopbop Sale! I love designer fashion at incredibly low prices, so I typically buy at least one pair of shoes and a jacket at this event! I’m the type of person who would rather buy a piece I know I will adore for years than purchase something I will have to replace. It’s more cost effective this way, and it ensures I only buy items I love. There isn’t much in my closet that I don’t wear because I’m very picky! I guess I can thank my mother for this wonderful trait 😉

Obsessed With Pajama Sets!

I bought my first pajama set during one of the Shopbop sales in either February or April, and can honestly say I have slept so much better since purchasing them! They’re so cute, they have adorable dogs riding beach cruisers with flowers.

My Favorite Boots At The Shopbop Sale

It’s no secret, I love shoes. Every time Shopbop has a sale (especially their Event Of The Season Sale) I order a new pair of shoes. Last year I splurged on Stuart Weitzman boots three separate times. I thought I would be satisfied with just one pair of boots, but I went back for more. Once I find something I love, I quickly become hooked! As the self-proclaimed queen of shoes, I feel it is my duty to share a few of the best shoes at the sale! 🙂

 

You can’t go wrong with a gorgeous pair of Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots! They come in a variety of styles from 5050 to Lowland and Hiline too. I have the 5050s in suede and in leather and love them! I bought the Lowland last year in a color that has been discontinued, and adore them as well. I’ve been wanting a pair of brown boots for the last few months and was excited to see that I could save on these gorgeous Hiline’s! I’ve never owned OTK boots other than Stuart Weitzman, so I was shocked to hear that people have a hard time keeping other brands from slipping down. I have NEVER had this problem with my SW boots. They may be pricey, but they’re classic, trendy and fit amazingly well!

 

 

It’s going to be near 100 degrees the next few days, but next week it’s supposed to cool down and it might rain. I can honestly say that thanks to my Hunters, I don’t mind it! I wear mine all the time and own them in way too many colors. I can’t help it, they’re addicting!

 

 

 

 

Must Have Sneakers At The Event Of The Season Sale

Next on my list are Golden Goose sneakers. Most Goldens are NOT on sale, which broke my heart! I was hoping to buy the white sneakers I’ve been coveting for months, but I guess I’ll have to put them on my Christmas list. I will say this, my favorite houndstooth Golden Goose sneakers are part of the sale! They are the BEST shoes. I get tons of compliments on them and wear them 24/7! I used to think I wore my Miller sandals a lot. Things sure have changed! I wear them with my joggers, skinny jeans, shorts and more. I placed my order this morning, and I’m tempted to buy this skirt, so I can wear it with them! PS: It’s really easy to see which items qualify for the discount on the website! All you have to do is click on an item you love, and it will say “key style” if it’s on sale!

 

 

 

About four years ago I bought a great pair of Tory Burch slip-on sneakers at the sale. They were so comfy that I wore them everywhere, even in the garden on my flower farm! That may have not been the brightest idea I’ve ever had, but they were so comfortable it felt like I was wearing my favorite sneakers. I’ve been on the hunt for a great pair of black slip-ons ever since. This morning I ordered these cute slip-on sneakers by Vince! They’re a celebrity and fashion blogger favorite. I can’t wait to get them and will be sure to report back if I love them!
