It’s hard to believe that spring is nearly officially upon us! After a cold, wet winter in Northern California, it’ll be nice to throw on a fun dress and my favorite Tory Burch Miller sandals (or wedges) soon. One hot dress trend that I loved last spring and summer was the must have popover dress, it is perfection! I love that it’s just as popular in 2016 as it was last year.
