Former New York Yankees shortstop, Derek Jeter may have played his last game at Fenway Park in Boston on Sunday, September 28th, but that doesn’t mean that the retired baseball great is slowing down at all. This week he sat down with Matt Lauer of NBC’s “Today” for an exclusive interview, and he was also spotted with his beautiful fashion forward supermodel girlfriend (now wife), Hannah Davis, roaming the streets of New York.
