Bright Running Shoes and Training Shoes To Motivate In The New Year!

When it comes to new year’s resolutions, I’m typically not a ‘new year, new me’ type of person. I believe in striving to be a better version of me. My new year’s resolution is not to run a marathon, or even a 5k, but to just get moving in 2016.

This new year is bittersweet, I said goodbye to my beloved grandmother who was like a parent to me on October 31st, it’s been tough. I miss her tremendously, but I’m learning how important it is for me to eat healthier, to relax and to just set time to exercise every single day because my body needs it, especially right now.

I’m finally taking care of me! I am learning to meditate, eating my vegetables because I know she’d want me to do so;), and shopping for new training/running shoes to really motivate me to exercise this winter.

If you know me, flashy bright running shoes and training shoes are what motivate me to get moving and work out! The brighter, the better in my opinion. My grandma believed in bright red lipstick, and I believe in bright pink shoes.
