Elizabeth Heiskell aka the Debutante Farmer is one of my favorite cooks! I love when she stops by the Today show, she always makes the most amazing dishes and is always entertaining. This morning she joined Matt Lauer on Today to make a campfire lasagna that is perfect for summer camping trips (or for those of us who live in the country, and feel like we’re camping everyday!). PS: Toward the end of the video, she made a pound cake and berry campfire skillet that looks beyond delicious, and shared some mason jar mojitos! Elizabeth is the best. I’m hungry and thirsty now! 🙂
