When it comes to food at parties or at restaurants, I’m all about the appetizers, especially delicious crostini! I’m not ashamed to admit that I’m definitely one of those who gets full on appetizers before the main course even arrives. This morning on the Today show, “Hot In Cleveland” star Valerie Bertinelli made my day when she stopped by the famed morning program! She dished on her new cooking show “Valerie’s Home Cooking” which premieres this Saturday on the Food Network, and she also made a fabulous crostini with artichoke and spinach dip that I can’t wait to prepare. This dip is perfect for family celebrations, weekend brunch with friends, and dinner parties. In fact, it’d be a great snack for the weekend!
Did you have a chance to watch Valerie Bertinelli’s segment on the Today show with KLG and Hoda? No worries if you missed it! We have the instructional video below, so you can watch it time and time again at your convenience.
