Jewelry is definitely my weakness. I can spend hours perusing the internet searching for a new David Yurman cuff, Hermes bracelet, Kendra Scott earrings and more. In 2010, I stumbled on gorgeous images of some of my favorite celebrities showcasing how they organize their jewelry collections in fancy jewelry boxes and was instantly inspired.
When it comes to business, I’m very organized, but my jewelry? Well, that’s a whole other issue! For years and years I used to just place my favorite jewelry in drawer organizers in my dresser. As my jewelry collection grew, I no longer felt comfortable doing so. These lovely images inspired me to organize my jewelry once and for all.
I bought a stackable jewelry box during a Shopbop Sale, and the rest you can say is history. I love that I can add more stacks or remove them (if need be). There’s space for necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets. Not only do I have my Yurman bracelets and rings in it, I have my beloved grandmother’s bracelets in it as well. My grandma loved arm parties before arm parties were cool (I like to think she started the trend). Looking down at my beautiful and organized jewelry box filled with my jewelry and some of her favorite costume jewelry always makes me smile.
If you’re struggling to organize your necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, etc this season…I hope that you will find these photos inspiring!
This image belongs to model and actress, Molly Sims. Isn’t her jewelry collection stunning? Obsessed! It looks as though she has jewelry boxes, containers, and necklace stands locked in a glass cabinet. I love the gorgeous crosses in the cabinet as well. Did you see that she used random dishes to store necklaces? I’ve seen so many celebs and fashion bloggers do this on Instagram! You can go with a vintage dish by your favorite designer or a cute trinket dish. The options are endless!
I love tennis star, Maria Sharapova’s luxurious lavender jewelry box and her beautiful vanity. This jewelry box is definitely one of my favorites. I’m not sure if it’s stackable like mine or if it has drawers that you can pull out. One thing is for sure, this style jewelry box will definitely make searching for your favorite necklace, bracelet or earrings fairly easy as you’re rushing out the door to go to work, to a friend’s wedding, date night and more.
Don’t you just love Maria Sharapova’s gorgeous ring collection? They are beyond stunning!
Christina Aguilera will always be one of my favorite singers! I miss her so much on The Voice. Not only is Christina talented, but she has a passion and love for the arts and jewelry. According to In Style, Christina Aguilera’s jewelry collecting was inspired by Alice in Wonderland. I adore that light pink cabinet behind her! If you’re looking to organize your jewelry, make like Christina and make it personal. Feature your favorite images, artwork and mementos.
Nicole Richie was my favorite style icon in the 2000s. I simply adored everything she wore and even copied her bob haircut a few times! She made shopping for C&C California tops, flared jeans and flip flops fun!
In 2008 or 2009 I fell in love with Nicole Richie’s vintage Louis Vuitton jewelry box , and posted this image on my original blog, Dolce Chic . Here I am in 2018, and I would still absolutely LOVE to own a Louis Vuitton Coffret Joaillerie jewelry box. If you’re searching for one, you’ll have to call Louis Vuitton to inquire. I searched for a price but was unable to find out.
In Style 2008 – Dolce Chic Blog “Hearting Nicole’s Louis Case”
In the article above, Nicole Richie chats about the Hermes cuffs, which have H’s on them for her daughter Harlow. She also discusses how she “doesn’t like anything tiny”, “loves wearing as many (bracelets) as possible.” How many of us can relate? I know I definitely can!
