It’s always a great day when Food Network “The Kitchen” co-host Katie Lee stops by the Today show. She’s long been one of my favorite cooks! A few years ago I had the opportunity to interview her on how to make the perfect Valentine’s Day dinner. Not only is she a fabulous cook, but she’s so nice! This morning she joined Savannah Guthrie in the Today kitchen to make two amazing dishes. The first dish she made was lemon pasta! Doesn’t that sound amazing? I can’t wait to prepare it! Lastly, she made a fabulous twice-baked spaghetti squash in a chicken and broccoli Alfredo sauce. Talk about amazing! Both dishes are quick and easy. They’ll be perfect for family dinners, and of course Valentine’s Day!
