To make the fabulous Italian inspired short rib braciole, chef Andrew Carmellini mentioned you will need these ingredients:
- Short ribs
- Salt and pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- Canned whole tomatoes
- Pine nuts
- Olive oil
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Dried oregano
- Parmesan cheese
