To make the frozen orange liqueur souffle, chef Michael Symon mentioned that you will need egg yolks, sugar, orange zest, Grand Marnier orange flavored liqueur, water, heavy cream, egg whites, unsalted butter, a ramekin, kosher salt, powdered sugar.
