With New Year’s Eve just two days away and the start of 2017 nearly officially here, the Today show is helping you take the stress out of holiday party planning and entertaining with a few easy and delicious recipes! This morning, lifestyle expert and food blogger Alejandra Ramos stopped by the program to show Carson Daly how to make whipped ricotta, chipotle shrimp skewers, a potato chip omelet, dapper Spaniards, maple cranberry glazed sausages, and fruity monkey bread made with cinnamon rolls (a total of six three-ingredient dishes) for New Year’s Eve parties and New Year’s Day brunch!!!!

To make the chipotle shrimp skewers, Alejandra mentioned that you will need chipotles in adobo sauce, extra large shrimp, lime juice, salt.
