When it comes to Thanksgiving, I’ve always been all about delicious side dishes, salads and of course dessert! In fact, when I was a kid my parents and grandparents always knew to make more than enough mashed potatoes as that’s the first place I always went.
With Thanksgiving just a few short days away, and many things that still need to be done before company arrives on Thursday, now is the time to start thinking about how you’re going to simplify your to-do list and make a delicious and affordable Thanksgiving meal for family and friends.
Renowned chef and lifestyle expert, Cat De Orio was kind enough to join me for an interview this week to share simple ways we can make Thanksgiving 2016 the best yet! She dished on everything from fabulous and budget-friendly side dishes, amazing desserts, signature drinks, pumpkin pie broiler s’mores (YUM!) and new spins on Turkey Day leftovers with Marie Callender’s.
