This morning on the Today show, two of my favorite cooks and interviewees, Camila Alves and chef/restaurant owner Tim Love stopped by the Today kitchen to show Al Roker and Dylan Dreyer how to make squash two ways just in time for Thanksgiving!
The first squash dish they shared was chef Tim Love’s shaved vegetable and squash salad with apple walnut vinaigrette. The ingredients he used are: baby carrots, zucchini, yellow squash, hearts of palm, walnuts, thai basil, eggs, canola oil, apple cider vinegar, granny smith apples, shallot, water, salt and pepper! Doesn’t this dish sound amazing? Be sure to watch the video below to see how he made this great Turkey Day side dish. Don’t forget to head over to the Today show website for the amazing recipe.
Lifestyle expert Camila Alves McConaughey and made fabulous roast squash with potatoes with garlic, honey (and a few other ingredients!) which sounds amazing! Please be sure to watch the video below to see how she made this great Thanksgiving side dish. Don’t forget to head over to the Today show website for the great recipe!
