It’s Taco Tuesday and National Taco Day, so there’s only one way to celebrate – with tacos! This morning one of my favorite chefs and interviewees of all time, the one and only chef Pati Jinich stopped by the Today show to show Tamron Hall and Al Roker how to make delicious Cal-Mex fish tacos and bricklayer tacos (beef tacos).
To make the amazing Cal-Mex fish tacos, chef Pati mentioned that you will need eggs, flour, salt, cumin, beer, oil. Be sure to watch the video below to see how she made these delicious tacos! To make the bricklayer tacos with avocado tomatillo salsa, chef Pati Jinch mentioned that you will need fire-roasted tomatoes, bacon, beef sirloin, salt and pepper, Spanish onions, white onions, garlic, jalapenos, tortillas, tomatillos, avocado, cilantro, fire roasted tomatoes.
