I have been a huge fan of the Beekman Boys since their reality show “Fabulous Beekman Boys” premiered in 2010 and have followed Josh Kilmer-Purcell and Brent Ridge aka the Beekman Boys, the Beekman 1802 lifestyle brand, their adorable dog Önder and goat cam ever since. Josh and Brent left New York City years ago for a simpler life in Sharon Springs, New York, and have found much success as goat farmers, reality TV stars and world travelers ever since. Their luxurious beauty products are beloved by people around the globe and are available for hotel guests at Country Inns and Suites. They also happen to be on my birthday wish list!
On Wednesday, June 1st, Josh Kilmer-Purcell and Brent Ridge (the Beekman Boys) joined me for an interview from their amazing Country Inns glamping tent on their beautiful property/goat farm in Sharon Springs, New York to share guidance to summer travelers about prepping for their trip, the items to take, and making yourself at home, no matter where in the world you might be. Josh and Brent dished on what inspired them to leave life in New York City to be modern-day goat farmers; they also shared tips on how to plan the perfect trip, what to pack and leave behind when traveling, what we should look for when selecting the best places to stay on the road, and where we can go to get more travel tips!
