I have thoroughly enjoyed ‘Pasta with a Twist week’ on the Today show, and have every intention of making a few of the dishes these fabulous chefs/cooks made on the morning show this week. Al Roker even shared his amazing Bucatini Carbonara Primavera: Pasta With a Roker Twist recipe this morning! Doesn’t that sound delicious? I can’t wait to prepare it.
To make the fabulous Bucatini Carbonara Primavera, Al Roker mentioned you’ll need English peas, sugar snap peas, asparagus, basil, pea shoots (pea tendrils), pancetta, eggs, white vinegar, bucatini, garlic, parmesan, spring onions, heavy cream, olive oil, lemon, mint, salt and pepper. Be sure to watch the video below to see just how Al Roker makes this delicious pasta with a twist! Don’t forget to head over to the Today show website for the amazing Bucatini Carbonara Primavera recipe.
