Actress Laura Prepon of Netflix’s hit show “Orange is the New Black” and “That ’70s Show” fame stopped by the Today show this morning to teach co-hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager (who was in for Kathie Lee Gifford) how to make easy, healthy and delicious coconut almond crusted chicken. She recently co-authored the new book “The Stash Plan” with nutritionist Elizabeth Troy, and the book sounds amazing! It’s chock full of healthy and delicious recipes, including this one.

To make the coconut almond crusted chicken, Laura mentioned you’ll need coconut flakes, hot water, a blender, cheesecloth, unsweetened shredded coconut, chicken, almond flour and a few other ingredients!
