To make the delicious French Bouillabaisse (fish stew), Jacques Haeringer mentioned you’ll need olive oil, onion, celery, carrots, shallots, tomatoes, tomato paste, white wine, leeks, fish stock, salt and pepper, saffron, fingerling potatoes, pastis liqueur, fennel parsley, garlic croutons, bouquet gardin, mussels, littleneck clams, shrimp, red snapper, scallops and a few other ingredients.
