When it comes to Thanksgiving, you always have to have cranberries on the table! This morning one of my favorite cooks Kelsey Nixon of the Cooking Channel show “Kelsey’s Homemade” stopped by the Today show to show Al Roker and guest co-host Jane Krakowski how to make her Nana’s creamy sweet and tangy cranberry salad and spicy but sweet cranberry sauce just in time for Turkey Day and the holiday season.
To make the fabulous homemade sweet but spicy cranberry sauce that Kelsey Nixon made on the Today show, Kelsey said you’ll need a bag of fresh cranberries, water, sugar, orange juice and zest, a cinnamon stick and a pinch of salt.
