Earlier this morning on the Today show Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb were joined by chef and cookbook author Lorena Garcia who taught them how to make beef tenderloin tacos with blue cheese slaw and crispy onions and avocado fries in honor of the Viva Today series.

To make these fabulous dishes Lorena stated you’ll need: beef tenderloin, salt, pepper, green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, scallions, corn tortillas, celery leaves, blue cheese, lemon, mayonnaise, onion.
