When it comes to DIY projects and holiday crafts, there’s one person I look up to and who inspires me on the daily and that’s Martha Stewart. This morning Martha stopped by the Today show to show Matt Lauer how to create great last minute Halloween craft projects from her magazine just in time for Saturday, October 31st.
Martha Stewart showed how to make little creatures out of gourds that would be perfect set on top of your Halloween party table. If you went to the pumpkin patch this fall but neglected to cut your pumpkin (I’m right there with you!) Martha showed how to decorate your pumpkin without carving it, all you need are various candies and straight pins (please see video below for details). If you’re hosting an adults-only Halloween party this weekend, Martha Stewart also dished on how you can make a beverage holder for beers or wine out of a hollowed out pumpkin.
According to Matt Lauer, nobody does Halloween better than Martha and I have to agree with them both, Martha Stewart is the queen of crafts, holiday DIYs and Halloween! Be sure to watch the video below to see just how Martha Stewart created these fun Halloween crafts, and don’t forget to head over to the Today show website for more details.
