On January 1, 2015, my top New Year’s resolution was to finally get healthier and to eat better. It’s been tough, especially for me since I have a sweet tooth, but slowly but surely I’m gradually making changes that are actually sticking. A little over a month ago I was approached by Go Raw to review some of their delicious organic healthy seed-based snacks and I jumped at the chance.
Raw foods have grown in popularity over the last few years, and according to the Go Raw website, we should be eating raw foods because “raw foods are loaded with enzymes that help the body to properly digest and assimilate food for optimal nutritional value.”
They sent me a few Go Raw products to try, and they’re all delicious. But I must say that at this time I’m hooked on the salt & vinegar coconut crisps (they’re beyond delicious, especially if you’re hooked on salt and vinegar chips), and the choco crunch sprouted cookies. Their products are delicious and full of flavor, especially their raw dark chocolate which is very filling. Have you had a chance to try Go Raw junk-free food? You’ll have to tell me what your favorite is! I’m eager to try the spirulina next.
