We adore chef Carla Hall around here! I had the chance to interview her over the summer, which was so much fun. She assured me that “The Chew” would be back before I knew it, and she was right! Everything chef Carla makes is delicious, and I have a feeling that the rustic blueberry tart she made on “The Chew” on the first episode of the 2014-2015 season (Tuesday, September 2nd) has topped them all!
