Sunny Anderson of Food Network’s “The Kitchen” joined TODAY’s Al Roker was on the base of the 101st Airborne in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, where Sgt. 1st Class Chris Nuyen, a deserving dad, has gotten a big Father’s Day surprise. Chris showed them how he prepares steak (that’s the first dish he ever made his wife), and he learned how to make Sunny’s pesto potato salad. To make this great dish, she mentioned you will need these ingredients: store-bought pesto, Greek yogurt, lemon zest, agave nectar, salt, black pepper, fingerling potatoes (or any potato you like). Be sure to watch the video below to see how she made this fantastic dish! Don’t forget to head over to the Today show website for the recipe, so you can make this potato salad for your family and friends.
