As a fan of DIY projects, I LOVE watching Clinton Kelly’s “Clinton’s Craft Corner” segments on “The Chew.” This afternoon on the program, he showed chef Michael Symon, Mario Batali and Carla Hall (and all of us at home!) how to make a pretty floral Easter egg centerpiece just in time for Easter dinner with the family on Sunday, April 16, 2017. Be sure to watch the instructional video below to see just how he made this festive craft that you and your family will love.
To make the floral Easter egg centerpiece, Clinton Kelly mentioned that you will need these materials:
In the video below you will see Clinton Kelly and chef Michael Symon painting decorations on eggs (Clinton painted a flower, while chef Symon painted polka dots). Mr. Kelly then showed chef Symon, Carla Hall and Mario Batali how to gold leaf Easter eggs. FYI He mentioned that you will need to blow out the raw eggs before starting these projects. Be sure to watch the video below to see how they “beautified” them with fresh flowers and more! This floral Easter egg centerpiece is one craft project I’d love to try.
