To make the sheet pan miso-glazed chicken and bok choy, registered dietitian, Dawn Jackson Blatner mentioned that you will need chicken, baby bok choy, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, miso, shitake mushrooms, scallions, red bell pepper, salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil, water.
