Happy Wednesday! There’s nothing quite like comfort food on a cold winter’s day. When it comes to comfort, bacon and mac and cheese are the ultimate. If you love bacon and mac and cheese as much as I do, you will absolutely adore the smoky bacon mac and cheese, Molly Yeh, author of “Molly on the Range: Recipes and Stories from an Unlikely Life on a Farm” made on the Today show this morning.
To make the smoky bacon mac and cheese, Molly Yeh of the blog “Yeh”mentioned to Matt Lauer that you will need these ingredients: pasta shells, bacon, flour, whole milk, smoked gouda cheese, pepper jack cheese, parmesan, sweet paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, panko crumbs, ketchup. Be sure to watch the video below to see how they made this amazing dish! Don’t forget to head over to the Today show website for the fabulous recipe, so you can make it for dinner this evening. PS: She also made another mac and cheese dish without the bacon. She used gruyere cheese, dijon mustard, Swiss cheese and caramelized onions. The recipe for this gruyere mac and cheese is on their website as well!
