Celebrity chef Lidia Bastianich is not only an amazing cook, but an inspiring and inspirational woman. This morning she stopped by the Today show to talk about her PBS special “Lidia Celebrates America: Holiday for Heroes” which honors our nation’s military and their families. To make the pork tenderloin with balsamic onions, chef Lidia Bastianich mentioned that you will need pork tenderloins, red onions, olive oil, salt, yellow onions, shallots, bay leaves, balsamic vinegar, water.
