This morning on the 4th hour of Today with KLG and Hoda, chef Shay Shull, author of “Mix and Match Mama Eats” and John Besh, Nashville chef and restaurant owner, demonstrated how to make streusel topped pumpkin pie and pumpkin soup with crabmeat just in time for Thanksgiving dinner.
To make the delicious pumpkin soup with crabmeat, chef John Besh mentioned that you will need olive oil, garlic, leeks, onion, celery, cayenne pepper, thyme, pumpkin, yukon potatoes, chicken stock, heavy cream, butter, jumbo lump crab, chives, salt, pepper.
