With Thanksgiving less than two weeks away, the Today show is helping you prepare the best Turkey Day Dinner ever with some of the top chefs and cooks on the planet. This morning, Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort and Spa executive chef Beau McMillan and amazing cook/weatherman Al Roker each whipped up their own variation on sausage stuffing, Beau’s with chestnut and brioche, and Al’s with cornbread. Don’t they sound amazing? Yum! Bring on the stuffing and mashed potatoes. 🙂
To make the delicious chestnut and brioche sausage stuffing, chef Beau McMillan mentioned that you will need green apple, cooked chestnuts, bread crumbs, yellow onion, eggs, pork breakfast sausage, celery, parsley, thyme and sage, chicken stock, sparkling cider, sugar, butter, salt and pepper.
