To make the coffee-rubbed brisket, chef Matt Abdoo mentioned that you will onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, brisket, instant coffee. To make the fabulous black bean chili, chef Matt Abdoo stated that you will need these ingredients: smoked bacon, onion, coffee brisket, water, Worcestershire sauce, jalapenos, black beans, sour cream, tomato puree, cheddar crackers, salt and pepper, chili powder, allspice, oregano, coriander, hot hatch powder, cumin. In honor of the Arizona Cardinals, chef Matt Abdoo also featured chimichangas which were created in Savannah’s home state of Arizona!     I tried to make the brisket today. The dry rub is pepper heavy, not really to my taste, but I will try the brisket recipe again, but less pepper. Otherwise it was good. Diced up 2 lbs of it for the chili tomorrow.
