As someone who loves vegetables and is a huge fan of Martha Stewart, I’m so excited to hear she penned a new cookbook called “Martha Stewart Vegetables.” This morning she was on the Today show to not only dish on her new cookbook, but to show Matt Lauer (and all of us at home!) how to make easy and delicious seasonal vegetable appetizers (roast tomato hand pies, Asian meatballs, kale ricotta dip, padron peppers) for fall.
