I have long been of Kix Brooks of the legendary country duo Brooks & Dunn! I saw them in concert years ago, and can honestly say it’s one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. Not only is he a talented singer, Kix has an awesome radio show on Saturday mornings called “America’s Country Countdown”, and he’s also a great cook! This morning Kix Brooks stopped by the Today show with KLG and Hoda to show Ms. Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb how to makeĀ Fried Beignets and Grilled Peaches.
