This morning on the Today show, chef, cookbook author and food blogger Katie Chin of The Sweet and Sour Chronicles stopped by the famed morning program to show Tamron Hall and all of us at home how to make healthy and delicious chicken and vegetable lo mein using fresh vegetables from the farmer’s market or veggies from your own garden!
To make the amazing chicken and vegetable lo mein, Katie Chin mentioned that you will need egg noodles (or spaghetti), snow peas, broccoli, cornstarch, water, oil, ginger, garlic, red bell peppers, chicken breast, oyster sauce, vegetable stock, salt, carrots, shiitake mushrooms and scallions.
