Happy 4th of July weekend! Are you searching for a couple new delicious gourmet burger ideas for your Independence Day bash with family and friends? If so, you’re in luck! This morning on the Today show, chefs Andy Kitko of STK in NYC, and Kevin Sbraga of Sbraga in Philadelphia stopped by for a burger cook off! Andy made a delicious red, white and bleu burger while Kevin made an amazing Southern burger. To make the amazing red, white and bleu burger, chef Andy Kitko mentioned to Sheneille Jones that you’ll will need sesame seed buns, ground beef mixture, blue cheese, heirloom tomato marmalade, basil aioli, bibb lettuce, butter pickles, cornichon.
