Joy also offered suggestions on how to cut your calorie intake when ordering pancakes, omelets, sausage, and bacon (my weakness!) at your favorite brunch restaurant.

To make the healthy Eggs Benedict tomatoes, Canadian bacon, poached eggs, water, vinegar, and yellow pepper Hollandaise sauce made with yellow bell peppers, light cream cheese, lemon juice, dijon mustard, kosher salt and a blender. The “Joy Food” Eggs Benedict ended up being 377 calories! Be sure to watch the video below to see how Ms. Joy Bauer made this amazing low calorie dish.
