Joy Bauer is one of my favorite nutritionists/registered dietitians and authors (I love her book “From Junk Food To Joy Food“! Not only does she share the most amazing tips, but she makes delicious meals with just a fraction of the calories. Who doesn’t love that? This morning Ms. Joy Bauer stopped by the fourth hour of the Today show to show Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb and all of us at home how to cut 600 calories with her delicious “from junk food to joy food” low calorie chicken caesar salad pizza recipe. She also made a low calorie salted caramel milkshake on the show which looks absolutely fabulous. It might be 9:30 here on the West Coast, but I’m ready for lunch NOW!
