I love Italian food, especially delicious lasagna. Unfortunately lasagna can be unhealthy, but it doesn’t have to be! One of my favorite interviewees and Food Network co-hosts, Katie Lee of the hit cooking show “The Kitchen” stopped by the Today show this morning to show Matt Lauer how to make healthy and delicious vegetable lasagna rolls that I can’t wait to prepare!
To make the fabulous vegetable lasagna rolls, Katie Lee mentioned you’ll need olive oil, onion, garlic, zucchini, yellow squash, salt and pepper, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, canned peeled tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese, lasagna rolls!
