Do you dream of owning a home or do you prefer renting? Would you like to settle down in your hometown, move to a new city or across the country? These are very important questions to ask yourself before you make your next move.
Like many of you, owning a home is one of my ultimate goals, once I decide where I’d like to live! Rising interest rates have made me a little anxious though. I’ve wondered if my decision to wait a few years is the right one, and if I’ll be able to afford a home in my rural hometown if I decide to stay here. It’s no secret that I’m full of questions (always!), and thankfully, “The Money Coach” Lynette Khalfani-Cox was kind enough to join me for another great interview to offer some great advice for potential home buyers.
During the interview (which you can see below in the video) Lynette Khalfani-Cox talked about the rising interest rates and how this will affect those of us looking to buy a home in the future, how looming higher rates impact current homeowners’ decision to refinance, and she also shared advice for those of us trying to save for our first home.
