One of my favorite interviewees, Ms. Katie Lee of Food Network’s “The Kitchen” stopped by the fourth hour of the Today show this morning to show Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager how to make easy skillet paella.
To make the skillet paella, Katie Lee mentioned you’ll need olive oil, chorizo, chicken thighs, salt and pepper, onion, bell pepper, garlic, paprika, dried thyme, bay leaf, peeled tomatoes, chicken stock, frozen peas, shrimp, short-grain white rice, lemon and a few other ingredients.
