It’s always a good day when Food Network chef/host Bobby Flay of “Beat Bobby Flay” stops by the Today show to prepare delicious Easter brunch dishes! This morning Mr. Flay joined both Matt Lauer and Willie Geist to make scrumptious recipes you just can’t pass up (I shared the link to Bobby’s spinach and gruyere cheese strata this morning in my food section). To make the vegetarian hash brown quesadilla with wild mushrooms and fried egg, Mr. Flay mentioned you’ll need cremini mushrooms, Idaho potatoes, salt and pepper, canola oil, chipotles in Adobo, cilantro, onions, poblano chile, ancho chile powder, paprika, butter, eggs, chives, tomato salsa, flour tortillas and more. Bobby mentioned you can also add bacon if you wish.
