It’s always a good day when Food Network chef/host Bobby Flay of “Beat Bobby Flay” stops by the Today show to prepare delicious Easter brunch dishes! This morning Mr. Flay joined both Matt Lauer and Willie Geist to make scrumptious recipes you just can’t pass up (I shared the link to Bobby’s spinach and gruyere cheese strata this morning in my food section). In this particular segment below, Bobby Flay showed Matt Lauer (and all of us at home) how to make a delicious vegetarian hash brown quesadilla with wild mushrooms and fried egg that I can’t wait to make.
To make the vegetarian hash brown quesadilla with wild mushrooms and fried egg, Mr. Flay mentioned you’ll need cremini mushrooms, Idaho potatoes, salt and pepper, canola oil, chipotles in Adobo, cilantro, onions, poblano chile, ancho chile powder, paprika, butter, eggs, chives, tomato salsa, flour tortillas and more. Bobby mentioned you can also add bacon if you wish. Please watch the video below for details on how to make this amazing Easter brunch dish, and don’t forget to head over to the Today show website for the delicious recipe, so you can make it ASAP for family and friends.
