Watch White House Executive Chef Make Shaved Broccoli Salad with Chive Crepes

This morning was a momentous one on the Today show as the famed morning program was live from the White House! Matt Lauer spoke with President Obama, we had a chance to see the Obama family dogs Bo and Sunny, and we even learned a new recipe courtesy of White House executive chef Christeta Comerford! I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to prepare the fabulous and very healthy Shaved Broccoli Salad With Chive Crepes that she made this morning.

To make the Shaved Broccoli Salad With Chive Crepes (with many of the ingredients from the White House garden), White House executive chef Christeta Comerford mentioned you’ll need eggs, flour, whole wheat flour, broccoli, lettuce, rice vinegar, fish sauce, honey, and a few other ingredients. We have video below of her preparing it, below. Please be sure to watch as she states what ingredients you’ll need! PS: Here’s the link to the recipe on the Today show website.
