Wendy Bazilian is one of my favorite interviewees and nutritionists, she always shares the most amazing tips. This morning she stopped by the Today show in honor of slow cooker week to make a healthy and delicious slow cooker vegetarian lasagna that sounds fantastic. Did you have a chance to watch? No worries as we have video of the segment below!
To make Wendy Bazilian’s amazing low calorie slow cooker vegetarian lasagna aka lazy lasagna, you’ll need dried oregano, garlic, diced tomatoes, dried thyme, sea salt, baby spinach, pepper, mushrooms, beans, grated parmesan, ricotta, parsley, mozzarella, lasagna noodles and a trusty slow cooker. Be sure to watch the video below to see just how Wendy made her slow cooker lasagna. Don’t forget to head over to the Today show website for the amazing recipe!
PS: If your goal for 2016 is to eat healthy and clean, you’ll love Wendy’s new book “Eat Clean, Stay Lean“. I own it and love it. My aunt even ordered a copy of it after skimming through mine. It’s a really great book!
