To make the slow cooker chicken and vegetable curry, Katie Quinn of QKatie stated you’ll need garlic cloves, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas (check out her amazing hacks in the video!), carrots, potatoes, green beans, quick cooking tapioca, curry powder, ground coriander, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, cinnamon, chicken thighs, vegetable broth, diced canned tomatoes, parsley, cilantro, rice and a slow cooker!
