San Francisco’s own chef Ryan Scott is one of my favorites. I always enjoy when he’s on the Today show cooking with the ladies of the fourth hour. This morning he joined Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager (who is filling in for Kathie Lee Gifford) to make a cheesy chicken casserole with tater tot topping that sounds delicious. If Matt Lauer likes it, you know it has to be good!
To make the cheesy chicken casserole with tater top topping, chef Ryan Scott said you’ll need a yellow onion, cream of chicken soup, corn oil, milk, ranch powder, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon, tabasco, cooked chicken, Monterey jack cheese, scallions, salt, pepper, frozen tater tots.
